In rare situations, we may ask to connect to your PC remotely in order to fix any issues you may have with Autocase.
Please following the below instructions.
Step 1.
Download AnyDesk, this a simple app that allows us to securely connect to your PC in order to debug the issue.
Step 2.
Open the AnyDesk App from your downloads folder. The following window will appear.
Step 3.
Click on the the 10 digit number, this will copy the number into your clipboard. Now paste this into your email or message with your operator.
Step 4.
When one of our developers connects to your PC, a window will display, asking you to confirm the connection. Click OK.
