Creating a Quotation

Step 1. On the opening screen of Autocase, click the "Get Started" tab located above the toolbar.

Step 2. Select the create button in the quotation section.

Step 3. Window will appear with a number of options helping you create a quotation.

Step 4. Select the projects that you want to include in the quotation, the mark up and discount can be altered as required.

Step 5. Select the customer that will receive the quotation. If the quotation is for a new customer, select the New customer button. If the customers data needs to be changed, select the "Edit Customer" button.

Step 6. Select the data range that the Quotation will be a vaild price for.

Step 7. Click the "Create" button.

In the previous screen, a button named setting was shown.

This button leads you to the screen below:

This screen dictates where values will be located on your quotation spreadsheet.

You can change the values and that will in turn change where the associated information will be located. Below is a example of a spreadsheet showing the relevance of the row and column numbering.

You can also alter how many projects will shown on one page by altering the "project number" setting.

Note: the Quotation values are built around the quotation template, make sure that altering the values in quotation, lines up with your template.
